- Install and Activate WP Simple Pay Plugin:

- Setup WP Simple Pay:
- After activation, the WP Simple Pay setup wizard will start automatically. Click the ‘Let’s Get Started’ button.
- Enter License Key:
- Enter your license key, found in the WP Simple Pay account area, and click ‘Activate and Continue’.
- Connect WP Simple Pay to Stripe:
- Click the ‘Connect with Stripe’ button. Log in to your Stripe account or create a new one. Stripe supports Giropay and other popular payment methods.

- Configure Email Settings:
- Set up WP Simple Pay emails. These emails send receipts and invoice reminders to customers and payment notifications to you. Enter your email address and click ‘Save and Continue’.

- Click the ‘Create a Payment Form’ button to start.
- Customize Payment Form:
- On the Add New Payment Form screen, select a template by hovering over ‘Payment Form’ and clicking ‘Use Template’. Customize the title and description in the General tab. Leave the form type as ‘On-site payment form’.
- In the Payment tab, choose ‘Live Mode’ for real transactions or ‘Test Mode’ to test the form without actual charges. Ensure you select ‘EUR’ as the currency for Giropay.
- In the Payment Methods section, change the list from ‘Popular’ to ‘All’ to find and check the ‘giropay’ option. You can also select other payment methods.
- In the Form Fields tab, choose the fields you want on the payment form. Click ‘Publish’ when done.
- Create a Dedicated Giropay Payment Page:
- Go to the Payment Page tab and check the box labeled ‘Enable a dedicated payment page’. Customize the permalink, color scheme, header image, and footer text. Click ‘Publish’ to create the page.
- Add Giropay Payment Form to an Existing Post or Page:
- Edit a post or page, then drag the WP Simple Pay block in the WordPress block editor. Select your payment form from the dropdown menu. Update or publish the post or page and click ‘Preview’ to see the form in action.
